LIFO-PRO "IPIC" MODULE

In 1995, the IPIC (Inventory Price Index Computation or Simplified LIFO method) LIFO-PRO module was introduced. The IPIC LIFO-PRO module completely automates IPIC index calculations for any IPIC index situation and prints four different reports documenting the IPIC index calculations. The calculated IPIC indexes and FIFO dollars by pool are automatically exported to the LIFO-PRO "Back End" module where the LIFO calculation is completed. All of the many IPIC method variations are supported by LIFO-PRO.

• Automatic index lookup 
• 10% method calculation completely automated
• Automatic BLS Weights lookup & determination of which year’s weights to use
• 5% pooling test automatically performed
• Handles an unlimited number of either CPI & PPI indexes
